A bright one. Grown a mile and a half up in the Costa Rican highlands and dried the honey way — the fruit's own sweetness left clinging to the bean as it dries in the sun.

Roast Light — developed, not Nordic-raw
Clean, sweet, and round — brown sugar and honey up front, a lift of stone fruit, and a finish that stays bright instead of sour. Grown high in the famous Tarrazú region and dried with the fruit's sweetness left on the bean, it's roasted light but developed all the way through — not a grassy note in sight. A morning cup that tastes like the good part of waking up.
Light roasts drink a touch stronger — don't be shy with the dose.

Our tasting notes describe what we taste in the cup — flavors coaxed from the bean by roasting, never added. You might taste it a little differently, and that's part of the fun. Welcome to the Small Batch of Friends®.
