Bold, rhythmic, and smooth.
A medium roast that swings with cocoa, roasted nuts, and a whisper of smoke — our go-to ‘house band’ coffee. Reliable, flavorful, and happy either black or with a little cream. The one that just works, every single morning.
Where It Comes From
Bebop is blended from Central and South American coffees — regions known for balanced, crowd-pleasing beans with natural cocoa and nut character that hold up beautifully as a medium roast. Washed processing keeps everything clean so the bean’s own flavor leads.
The result is our most versatile everyday cup: cocoa and roasted almond with a brown-sugar sweetness and a gentle smoky finish. Brew it any way you like — it never lets you down. This is the house band.
Craft & Details
Bert’s brew tip: Bebop is a chameleon — black to taste its cocoa side, or with a splash of cream to bring out the brown sugar. You really can’t brew it wrong.
Perfect for the everyday drinker who wants one reliable, great cup
Brewing Guide
Use about 2 Tbsp (10–12g) of coffee per 6 oz of water at 195–205°F. Shines as drip, pour-over, French press, espresso, or cold brew — genuinely any method. Grind fresh right before brewing for the fullest flavor.
Freshness & Storage
Roasted to order in small batches — best within 2–4 weeks of the roast date on the bag. Keep the bag sealed, away from light, heat & moisture; don’t refrigerate.
