Bright as a morning song.
Our everyday light roast — honey-sweet, gently bright, and smooth enough to sip all day. The one that’s always on the counter while the single origins come and go. If light roasts have ever tasted thin or sour to you, this is the one that changes your mind.
Where It Comes From
Songbird is built from three high-grown lots, each roasted to its own role — a honey-sweet heart, a mellow backbone, and a bright little lift. Blended to comfort instead of challenge, it’s the friendly face of light-roast coffee.
Honeyed sweetness leads, a gentle citrus lift keeps it lively, and it finishes clean and smooth — no bitterness, no bite. Easy black, easy with a splash of milk, easy cup after cup. The everyday light that’s always on the counter.
Craft & Details
Bert’s brew tip: If you think you don’t like light roast, brew this a touch stronger and drink it black — the honey sweetness will win you over.
Perfect for the all-day sipper and light-roast skeptic
Brewing Guide
Use about 2 Tbsp (10–12g) of coffee per 6 oz of water at 195–205°F. Shines as drip or pour-over — easy and forgiving in any machine. Grind fresh right before brewing for the fullest flavor.
Freshness & Storage
Roasted to order in small batches — best within 2–4 weeks of the roast date on the bag. Keep the bag sealed, away from light, heat & moisture; don’t refrigerate.
