Set it and let it roll.

Our everyday anchor — the cup you pour by the pot and sip for hours. Smooth chocolate and caramel with a bright little lift, good through work, rest, and play. Like a good record or the tide, it just keeps rolling.

Comforting and chocolate-forward, with caramel sweetness and just enough brightness to stay interesting cup after cup. Smooth and low-acid — easy black, easy with milk, easy all day. The kind of coffee that doesn't ask anything of you.

How it's built: Four coffees, each roasted to its own role — a chocolatey Brazil base, a caramel-sweet layer, and a bright lift on top — blended to a flavor, not a formula. That's the whole trick: it tastes the same, and good, every single time.

Best for: the daily driver and the porch batch brew. Auto-drip, pour-over, French press — it's forgiving, and it tastes like Coo Coo's whether you brew it on a $600 machine or a $19 Mr. Coffee. Roasted to survive real life.

Brew It Right — Bert's Long Play Baseline
Forgiving on any machine. Start here, then tweak to taste.
Batch / Auto-Drip — ~2 Tbsp per 6 oz cup, medium grind. The porch pour.
Pour-Over / Drip — 1:16, medium grind, 200–205°F, ~3:00.
French Press — 1:15, coarse, 4 min. Big, cozy body.
Cold Brew — 1:8 coarse, 14 h. Deep chocolate over ice.
Pour a pot, drop the needle. Long Play was made for lingering — so we made it a soundtrack. Put on Gertie's Quiet → and let the morning roll.

Roasted to order in small batches in Jacksonville, FL, then rested a few days to hit its peak before it ships — great coffee needs a little time. Please allow 3–5 business days. Best within 3–4 weeks of the roast date.

Our tasting notes describe what we taste in the cup — flavors coaxed from the bean by roasting, never added. Welcome to the Small Batch of Friends®.
