Set it and let it roll.
Our everyday anchor — the cup you pour by the pot and sip for hours. Smooth chocolate and caramel with a bright little lift, good through work, rest, and play. Like a good record or the tide, it just keeps rolling.
Where It Comes From
Long Play is built, not bought: four coffees, each roasted to its own role — a chocolatey Brazil base, a caramel-sweet layer, and a bright lift on top — blended to a flavor, not a formula. That’s what keeps it interesting cup after cup.
Comforting and chocolate-forward, with caramel sweetness and just enough brightness to stay lively. Smooth and low-acid: easy black, easy with milk, easy all day. The kind of coffee that doesn’t ask anything of you.
Craft & Details
Bert’s brew tip: This is your batch-brew hero. Make a full pot in the morning and it holds its chocolate-caramel smoothness for hours.
Perfect for the by-the-pot household and all-day sipper
Brewing Guide
Use about 2 Tbsp (10–12g) of coffee per 6 oz of water at 195–205°F. Shines as drip and batch brew by the pot — but great any way you make it. Grind fresh right before brewing for the fullest flavor.
Freshness & Storage
Roasted to order in small batches — best within 2–4 weeks of the roast date on the bag. Keep the bag sealed, away from light, heat & moisture; don’t refrigerate.
