Brew it (Bert’s bedtime-friendly baseline):
- Drip / Pour-Over: 1:16 (22 g : 350 g), 200°F, medium grind, ~3:00. Slightly finer pulls out more chocolate & caramel; slightly coarser stays extra clean.
- French Press: 1:15, 200°F, coarse grind, 4:00 steep, slow plunge for a round, cozy cup.
- Espresso (decaf nightcap): 18 g in → 36 g out in 27–30 seconds for syrupy chocolate and caramel.
- Cold Brew: 1:8 by weight, coarse, 14–16 hours in the fridge; dilute with water or milk to taste for a smooth, low-caffeine iced option.
