Bali Bleu — a rich, velvety single-origin that leans into dark chocolate, brown sugar, and a touch of island spice.
Grown in the highlands of Bali and handled with careful wet-hulling, Bali Bleu brings that classic Indonesian comfort cup: deep cocoa, warm baking spice, and a smooth, low-acid finish. It’s the kind of coffee that feels like a late-night record spin or a quiet, rainy morning — cozy, grounded, and endlessly sip-able.

- Origin: Bali highlands • Wet-hulled lots for big body and gentle acidity
- Tasting Notes: dark chocolate • brown sugar • baking spice • soft smoke

Brew it (Bert’s Bali baseline):
- Drip / Pour-Over: 1:16 (22 g : 350 g), ~200°F, medium grind, 3:15–3:30. Finer brings more dark chocolate; coarser leans smoother and a little drier.
- French Press: 1:15, ~200°F, coarse grind, 4:00 steep, gentle plunge for a big, round cup.
- Espresso (comfort-style): 18 g in → 36–40 g out in 27–30 seconds for syrupy chocolate, brown sugar, and a hint of spice — great with milk.
- Cold Brew: 1:8 by weight, coarse, 14–16 hours in the fridge; dilute with water or milk to taste for a smooth, low-acid iced coffee.
