Where It Comes From

Grown in the highlands of Bali, Indonesia and handled with wet-hulling — a processing method traditional to the Indonesian islands that produces the signature deep body and low acidity the region is famous for.

Bali Bleu brings that classic Indonesian comfort cup: dark cocoa, warm baking spice, and a smooth finish that lingers sweetly. It’s flavorful without being bitter, cozy without being heavy.

Brew It Right — Bert’s Bali Baseline

Start Here: Water ~200°F Ratio 1:16 (22–24 g per 12 oz) Adjust grind to taste
Drip / Pour-Over 1:16 (22 g : 350 g), ~200°F, medium grind, 3:15–3:30. Finer brings more dark chocolate; coarser leans smoother and slightly drier.
?
French Press 1:15, ~200°F, coarse grind, 4:00 steep, gentle plunge. Big, round cup — this is Bali Bleu at its most comfortable.
Espresso (comfort-style) 18 g in → 36–40 g out in 27–30 seconds. Syrupy chocolate, brown sugar, and a hint of spice — exceptional with milk.
Cold Brew 1:8 by weight, coarse, 14–16 hours in the fridge. Smooth, low-acid iced coffee — dilute with water or milk to taste.
