Brew it (Bert’s bebop baseline):
- Drip / Pour-Over: 1:16 (22 g : 350 g), 200°F, medium grind, ~3:00. Finer = more cocoa; coarser = cleaner finish.
- French Press: 1:15, 200°F, coarse, 4:00 steep, gentle plunge.
- Espresso: 18 g in → 36 g out in 27–30s for syrupy chocolate and sweet nut notes.
- Cold Brew: 1:8 by weight, coarse, 14–16 hrs chilled; dilute to taste.
