Cold Brew Blend · Low-Acid
Steep it slow. Pour it over ice.

Our cold brew blend, built for the long easy days — 14 hours of slow, cold steeping pulls out deep chocolate and brown sugar with almost none of the bite. Smooth, low-acid, and dangerously drinkable straight over ice. Set it tonight, pour it all week.

Cold water and time do something hot water can't — they leave the sharp, bitter, sour notes behind and take only the sweet, round, chocolatey ones. The result is a cup that's naturally smooth and easy on the stomach, no sugar or milk required. Blended and roasted specifically to shine cold.

Why it's low-acid: a slow cold steep pulls far less acid than hot brewing, and we roast this blend a shade deeper to round it out further. If regular iced coffee bothers your stomach, this is the one.
How to Make It — Two Easy Ways
All you need is a jar or pitcher and a fridge.
Ready-to-Drink (easiest) — 1 part coffee to 8 parts cold water (about 3/4 cup grounds to 6 cups water). Stir, cover, steep 14–16 hours in the fridge, then strain. Pour straight over ice.
Concentrate (make-ahead) — 1 part coffee to 4.5 parts water, steep 14 hours, strain. Keeps ~2 weeks in the fridge. Dilute about 1:1 with water or milk over ice, to taste.
Pro move — freeze some brewed cold brew into ice cubes so your cup never waters down as it melts.

Best for: the fridge you raid all summer, the porch on a hot Jacksonville afternoon, iced lattes, and anyone whose stomach taps out on regular iced coffee. Make a batch Sunday, sip it all week.

Slow days, slow steep. Low Tide was made for the porch and the long afternoon. Fill a glass, find some shade, and cue up the porch station →.

Roasted to order in small batches in Jacksonville, FL, then rested a few days to hit its peak before it ships. Please allow 3–5 business days. Best within 3–4 weeks of the roast date; brewed cold brew keeps about 2 weeks refrigerated.

Goes great with: a tumbler for the road · a gift box · join the SBOF

Our tasting notes describe what we taste in the cup — flavors coaxed from the bean by roasting, never added. Welcome to the Small Batch of Friends®.
