Steep it slow. Pour it over ice.
Our cold brew blend, built for the long easy days — 14 hours of slow, cold steeping pulls out deep chocolate and brown sugar with almost none of the bite. Smooth, low-acid, and dangerously drinkable straight over ice. Set it tonight, pour it all week.
Where It Comes From
Cold water and time do something hot water can’t — they leave the sharp, bitter, sour notes behind and take only the sweet, round, chocolatey ones. Low Tide is blended and roasted specifically to shine cold.
The result is a naturally smooth, easy-on-the-stomach cup that needs no sugar or milk: deep dark chocolate and brown sugar, syrupy body, and a clean low-acid finish. Steep it once, sip it all week long.
Craft & Details
Bert’s brew tip: Make a concentrate and keep it in the fridge — it stays great for about a week. Cut it 1:1 with water or milk over plenty of ice.
Perfect for the iced-coffee devotee and hot Florida afternoon
Brewing Guide
For cold brew: use a coarse grind at roughly 1:8 (coffee to water), steep in the fridge 12–18 hours, then strain. Dilute the concentrate with water or milk over ice to taste. (It brews hot beautifully too.)
Freshness & Storage
Roasted to order in small batches — best within 2–4 weeks of the roast date on the bag. Keep the bag sealed, away from light, heat & moisture; don’t refrigerate.
