Flow first — espresso bar placement, cold brew station, hot water, and how to keep service smooth when a line forms at 8am on a Saturday.

Electrical, water, drainage — the unglamorous backbone that lets us safely brew, steam, and wash dishes while parked anywhere in JAX.

Counters, lighting, signage, and the small touches that say “Small Batch of Friends” — including where Bert landed on the outside.

Phase 4 Complete ✓Test Days & Soft Launch
Trial runs, dialed-in drink menus, real conditions, and a few very lucky humans who got the first cups before the public launch.
