2) Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 13 to use the Site, and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your region) to place orders.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for keeping them secure.

3) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

4) Orders, pricing & payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or cancel at our discretion (for example, due to stock or pricing errors).
• Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers.

5) Shipping, risk of loss & returns

• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
• For returns or exchanges, please see our returns policy (or contact us if you need help).

6) Product info & usage

• We aim for accurate descriptions and photos. Minor variations in color, finish, or packaging can occur.
• Brew guides and safety tips are informational. Use care with hot liquids, open flames (candles), and electrical devices.

7) Promotions, gifts & givebacks

• Promo codes apply to eligible items and dates only and cannot be combined unless stated.
• Gift cards or credits (if offered) are subject to the terms provided at purchase.
• “Coo Coo Cares” givebacks: when we display a percent-of-sales pledge on eligible items, we will summarize results at the end of the period. These consumer purchases are not tax-deductible donations.

8) Reviews & user content

By posting a review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for store and marketing purposes. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, or infringing.

9) Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Site, attempt to break security, scrape at scale, or interfere with other users.
• Do not submit false orders or fraudulent chargebacks.

10) Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, product names, artwork, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to Coo Coo’s Coffee and protected by applicable laws. You may not use our IP without written permission.

11) Third-party services

We may link to or use third-party services (e.g., payment, shipping, analytics). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

12) Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coo Coo’s Coffee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. In all cases, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product(s) at issue.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coo Coo’s Coffee and our team from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

15) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Florida for disputes that are not subject to small claims or an alternative process required by law.
