- In-stock items: usually ship in 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-order apparel: typically 2–5 business days to print & pack.
- We’ll email tracking the moment your label is created.

These are typical windows, not guarantees. Actual timing depends on carrier volume, distance, weather, holidays, and whether items are made-to-order.
- Most ground shipments: usually 3–7 business days in transit after processing.
- Expedited: often 2–3 business days in transit after processing.
- Priority / heavier parcels: commonly 1–3 business days in transit after processing.
- Local Delivery (JAX area): typically 1–3 days after your order is ready.
What affects delivery time?
- Processing time: in-stock vs. made-to-order items.
- Destination: distance and urban vs. rural routes.
- Seasonality: peak holiday volume or severe weather.
- Mixed carts: coffee + mugs + apparel may ship in multiple boxes with different timelines.
Bert’s tip: Candles don’t love hot porches — bring your package inside soon after delivery during warm months.
Local Delivery (JAX area)
- Available for qualifying addresses near Jacksonville / Jax Beach. Eligible addresses will see the Local Delivery option at checkout.
- Window: usually 1–3 days after your order is ready.
- Fee: shown at checkout (often similar to local ground rates).
- We’ll email you a delivery window; please provide gate/entry notes if needed.

Local Pickup (by arrangement)
Prefer to grab it in person? Choose Local Pickup at checkout (when available) and we’ll email pickup details and timing.
- Bring your order confirmation or a photo ID.
- For pop-ups or farmers markets, reply to your confirmation and we’ll try to have it ready at the next event.
Tracking & Updates
- Tracking emails are sent automatically when your label is created.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
- Damaged in transit: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and item.
- Missing package: check with neighbors and your carrier first; if still missing after 48 hours, contact us.
- Wrong item: we’ll make it right — snap a quick photo and email us.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S., email us and we’ll let you know when international opens up.
Address Changes & Cancellations
- Spotted a mistake? Email us immediately — we can usually fix addresses before shipment, but not after.
- Orders enter processing quickly; cancellations are not guaranteed once production starts.
Seasonal & Holiday Timing
- High-volume periods (launches, holidays) may add 1–2 extra processing days.
- Carrier delays are rare but possible during storms and peak season.

Select Local Pickup at checkout when available and we’ll email instructions and timing.
Where’s my tracking number?
We email tracking automatically when your label is created. Can’t find it? Check spam or email support@coocooscoffee.com with your order #.
My package shows delivered but isn’t here—what now?
First, check with neighbors and around porches/side doors. If still missing after 48 hours, email us and we’ll help investigate.
It arrived damaged—help!
Email photos of the outer box, the packing, and the item within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Hot weather & candles?
Please bring packages inside soon after delivery in warm months. We pack candles carefully, but heat can soften wax.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes—choose a method that supports PO Boxes (shown at checkout).
Will items ship together?
Mixed orders (beans + mugs + apparel) may ship in multiple packages. You’ll get tracking for each shipment.
