International Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S., email us and we’ll let you know when international opens up.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Spotted a mistake? Email us immediately — we can usually fix addresses before shipment, but not after.
  • Orders enter processing quickly; cancellations are not guaranteed once production starts.

Seasonal & Holiday Timing

  • High-volume periods (launches, holidays) may add 1–2 extra processing days.
  • Carrier delays are rare but possible during storms and peak season.
Special handling: Coffee ships fresh; candles are carefully cushioned; mugs are boxed to survive the journey. If your order includes mixed items, it may ship in multiple packages.
