Ground 3–7 days

In transit after processing for most standard shipments.

Expedited 2–3 days

In transit after processing. Good for gifts with a deadline.

Priority 1–3 days

In transit after processing. Best for heavier parcels fast.

JAX Local 1–3 days

After your order is ready for local delivery.

Made-to-order apparel adds 2–5 business days before shipment begins.
Mixed carts (coffee + mugs + apparel) may ship in multiple boxes with different timelines.
Major holidays and storms may extend carrier timelines beyond typical windows.
Local

Local Delivery

Available for qualifying addresses near Jacksonville & Jax Beach. Eligible addresses will see the Local Delivery option at checkout.
Window: usually 1–3 days after your order is ready.
Fee: shown at checkout — often comparable to local ground rates.

Bring your order confirmation or a photo ID.
For pop-ups or farmers markets, reply to your confirmation email and we’ll try to have it ready at the next event.

Issues

Damaged, Missing, Wrong

Damaged in transit: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer box and the item.
Missing package: check with neighbours and your carrier. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
Wrong item: snap a quick photo and email us — we’ll make it right.
International

International Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S., email us at support@coocooscoffee.com and we’ll let you know when international shipping opens up.

Notes

Address & Holidays

Address mistakes: email us immediately — we can usually fix addresses before shipment, but not after the label prints.
Cancellations: orders enter processing quickly. Cancellations are not guaranteed once production starts.
Seasonal & holidays: high-volume periods may add 1–2 extra processing days. Carrier delays are rare but possible during peak season and storms.

Select Local Pickup at checkout when available and we’ll email instructions and timing. For pop-ups or markets, reply to your confirmation and we’ll do our best to have it ready at the next event.

We email tracking automatically when your label is created. Can’t find it? Check spam, then email support@coocooscoffee.com with your order number.

My package shows delivered but isn’t here — what now?

First check with neighbours and around porches or side doors. If still missing after 48 hours, email us and we’ll help investigate.

It arrived damaged — help!

Email photos of the outer box, the packing material, and the item within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right quickly.

Hot weather & candles?

Please bring packages inside soon after delivery in warm months. We pack candles carefully, but sustained heat on a porch can soften wax.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes — select a method that supports PO Boxes at checkout (shown on eligible methods).

Will items in my cart ship together?

Mixed orders (beans + mugs + apparel) may ship in multiple packages. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.
