What You Can Return
- Unopened coffee (within 14 days)
- Unused wax melts or candles (unburned, unwrapped)
- Apparel (unworn, unwashed, within 30 days)
- Unused mugs, totes, and merch
Not Returnable
- Used or brewed items
- Custom, final sale, or digital products
Exchanges
Wrong size? Wrong scent? We’ll help with eligible exchanges—just reach out.
Refunds
Once we inspect your returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping isn’t covered unless the item is incorrect or defective
- If it’s our fault, we’ll cover the return label
