Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes it’s not love at first sip (or sniff), and that’s okay. We want you to feel good about every order that lands on your doorstep.

Quick summary: Most non-consumable items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Unopened coffee and other consumables have a 14-day window. Items must be in new, resellable condition.

What You Can Return

  • Unopened coffee (within 14 days of delivery)
  • Unopened tea or drink mixes (within 14 days)
  • Unused wax melts or candles (unburned, unwrapped only to inspect, within 30 days)
  • Apparel – unworn, unwashed, original tags & packaging (within 30 days)
  • Mugs, totes, and other merch – unused and undamaged (within 30 days)

Not Returnable

  • Used or brewed coffee, tea, or drink mixes
  • Burned candles or partially used wax melts
  • Final sale, clearance, or marked “non-returnable” items
  • Gift cards, digital products, and custom or personalized items

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size hoodie or a scent that’s not your vibe? For eligible items, we’re happy to help you exchange for a different size, scent, or product of equal value.

Refunds

Once your return arrives back at our roastery, we’ll inspect it within a few business days. If everything looks good, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@coocooscoffee.com.
  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
  3. Add a quick note about what went wrong or what you’d like instead. Photos are super helpful for damaged items.

We read every message and typically respond within 1 business day with next steps and, if applicable, a return label.

Gift Returns

Returning a gift from a Small Batch of Friends? We can issue store credit instead of refunding the original payment method, so the gift-giver stays anonymous and you still get something you love.
