By submitting a review, photo, video, comment, tag, or other content (“UGC”) to Coo Coo’s Coffee, you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Plain language, still a legal agreement. This page is written to be readable and human, but it’s binding. Questions? Email support@coocooscoffee.com.
You grant Coo Coo’s Coffee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and transferable licence (with the right to sublicence to our service providers and advertising partners) to:
We may lightly edit for length or clarity, and crop or colour-correct images, provided we don’t materially misrepresent your original UGC or suggest you said something you did not.
By submitting UGC, you confirm that:
When we display your UGC, we may show basic attribution alongside it, such as:
Some platforms or review widgets allow anonymous or initials-only posting — use those options if you prefer more privacy.
You can request removal of your UGC from our controlled channels at any time. Email support@coocooscoffee.com with:
We’ll remove it from our website and owned channels within a reasonable time. Please note:
We love honest feedback and real stories. We may, however, refuse to post or may remove UGC that:
We may also temporarily or permanently disable comments or reviews on specific posts or products to protect the community.
Submitting UGC does not entitle you to payment or an ownership stake in our content or brand.
Sometimes we may send a coupon, freebie, or shout-out as a thank you — these are goodwill gestures, not payment for the rights granted under these Terms.
Please do not submit UGC featuring minors unless you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to its use under these Terms. By submitting such UGC, you confirm you are authorised to grant these rights on the minor’s behalf.
On social platforms, using our designated campaign hashtags (for example in a “Coo Coo’s Cares” or “Small Batch of Friends” campaign), tagging our account with product-focused content, or replying “yes” (or similar) to our UGC request message will typically count as your agreement to these UGC Terms.
Your UGC also has to follow the rules of the platform where you post it (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). If a platform removes or limits your post, our ability to use that UGC may be limited too.
These UGC Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there’s a conflict about how we use UGC, these UGC Terms control. Otherwise, all three documents apply together.
Questions about these UGC Terms, or want us to review or remove something you’ve shared? Email support@coocooscoffee.com and a real person will read it.
Friendly note: These UGC Terms are written to be clear and human-readable, but they don’t replace legal advice. If you have specific legal questions, please speak with your own attorney.
