We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our business, products, or the law. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the bottom. If you continue to use the Site after changes take effect, you’re agreeing to the updated Terms.

If you post a review, photo, comment, or other content (“User Content”) on the Site or tag us on social media, you grant Coo Coo’s Coffee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and share that content in connection with our store and marketing.

You confirm that you own or control the rights to your User Content and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. For more detail, see our UGC & Reviews Policy.

The Coo Coo’s Coffee name, logos, product names, artwork (including Bert the gecko and all related characters), designs, text, and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use our IP without written permission, except as necessary for normal personal use of the Site.

We use and link to third-party services — including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics platforms, and review tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind — express or implied. That includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Coo Coo’s Coffee and our owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product(s) at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coo Coo’s Coffee and our team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Florida for disputes that aren’t subject to small-claims court or another process required by law.
