Short version: we’ll always credit you, never sell your content, and take removal requests seriously.

Privacy & Data Requests

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or receive a copy of it. These aren’t hoops we make you jump through — they’re a genuine part of how we operate.

To submit any kind of data request, email support@coocooscoffee.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We’ll verify your identity and respond as quickly as we can — typically within a few business days.

No forms, no portals, no waiting rooms. Just an email and a real person who reads it.

Access

Ask us what personal data we hold about you and receive a readable copy of it.

Correction

Ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information we hold about you.

Deletion

Request that we delete your personal data, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Export

Receive a portable copy of your data in a format you can use elsewhere.

Opt-out

Unsubscribe from marketing at any time — link in every email, or just ask us.
