Method

  1. Brew tea: Steep 2 Earl Grey sachets in 4 oz (120 ml) near-boiling water for 4–5 min. Chill completely.
  2. Build: In a tall glass with ice, add 0–¾ oz (0–22 ml) vanilla syrup and a micro pinch of salt. Pour in chilled tea.
  3. Finish: Top with 3–4 oz (90–120 ml) milk or barista oat; stir gently. Optional: 2–3 drops lavender syrup. Serve.

Add vanilla first, then tea, then milk for the smoothest blend.
