Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (processed securely). We never store full card numbers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best. Email hello@coocooscoffee.com ASAP with your order number.
Do you include gift notes or offer gift wrap?
No formal gift wrap yet, but we’re glad to include a short handwritten note — add it at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Flat-rate $7.95 in the U.S. and free shipping at $60+ (after discounts, before tax) unless stated otherwise on a product.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes — free local delivery to select Jacksonville ZIPs. Check eligibility here: /local-delivery/.
How long will my order take?
We usually ship in 2–4 business days. Transit is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we’re roasting local, dreaming global. Follow our emails for updates.
Coffee & Brewing
Is your coffee fresh?
Yep. Small-batch roasted in Jacksonville, FL and shipped quickly for peak flavor.
Whole bean or ground?
We default to whole bean to protect flavor, with grind options at checkout for drip, French press, and more.
How should I brew your coffee?
Start with a 1:15–1:17 ratio and adjust to taste. See Bert’s Coffee Brew Guide for specifics.
Do you have decaf?
Yes — Swiss Water® options pop up regularly. Watch our Coffee collection.
Tea & Herbal Blends
Are your teas organic / fair trade?
Many have certifications via our Tea Spot partnership. Check each product page for specifics.
Can I brew your teas iced?

Candles & Wax Melts
Who makes your candles?
Christie hand-pours every candle and melt — small batches, cozy vibes.
Are candles safe?
Yes, when used correctly. Please read our Candle & Wax Melt Safety Guidelines and follow the label.
Apparel & Merch
How do your tees and hoodies fit?
Relaxed unisex fits (S–3XL). For oversized streetwear, size up one. See the Size Guide and Care tips.
Where are items made/printed?
Printed and fulfilled by trusted U.S. partners. Many garments are made-to-order; shipping windows may vary slightly.
