Design Dial-In & Build-Out
Layout, power, water, and workflow are being shaped with real service in mind: espresso, brewed coffee, iced drinks, and a little chaos we can handle with a smile.
This is the behind-the-scenes home of our Coo Coo’s Coffee mobile trailer build — from scratched-up floor plans and wire runs to the first morning we pull up and start pouring for friends in the wild. If you’ve ever wanted to see a coffee dream become a real-life service window, you’re in the right place.
Building a mobile trailer that feels like Coo Coo’s Coffee — not a generic silver box — takes time. We’re sharing honest snapshots so you can follow along, cheer us on, and eventually say, “I remember when that was just plywood and a dream.”
Layout, power, water, and workflow are being shaped with real service in mind: espresso, brewed coffee, iced drinks, and a little chaos we can handle with a smile.
Think of this as a living scrapbook: progress photos, small wins, messy moments, and the story of how a mobile trailer becomes a neighborhood ritual.
Watch for updates here, peek at social posts, and when the doors finally open, bring a friend and make us part of your coffee loop.
Every good project has chapters. Here’s how we’re thinking about the trailer journey — from “what if?” to regular mornings parked at your favorite JAX spots.
Flow comes first: where the espresso bar lives, where hot water and cold brew live, how we keep service smooth on busy mornings, and how it all still feels like Coo Coo’s Coffee instead of a generic build.
Electrical, water, drainage, and the unglamorous backbone that lets us safely brew, steam, and wash dishes while parked at a market or neighborhood stop.
Counters, storage, lighting, and all the small touches that say “Small Batch of Friends” — from color and signage to where Bert shows up in the design.
Trial runs, dialed-in drink menus, checking power and water under real conditions, and making sure we can serve a line of humans without losing our cool.
Farmers markets, local events, neighborhood mornings, and surprise pop-ups where the trailer becomes part of people’s weekly rhythm.
As the build moves forward, this is where you’ll see the story in snapshots: empty shell, half-finished walls, espresso bar going in, first test pour, and all the little “it’s really happening” moments in between.
We’ll keep this page updated as we move through each phase, and we’ll share extra photos and short videos on social & email. If you’re local to Jacksonville, this is your heads-up list for where the trailer will land first.
When email signup or text alerts for trailer stops go live, we’ll link them here so you can follow the build and know exactly when we’re brewing near you.
