Brew it (Bert’s decaf dial-in):
- Drip / Pour-Over: 1:16 (22 g : 350 g), 200°F, medium grind, 3:00 total. For extra sweetness, grind a click finer.
- French Press: 1:15, 200°F, coarse grind, 4:00 steep, gentle plunge.
- Espresso (decaf): 1:2 ratio in ~27–30s; try a touch finer than your regular to boost syrupy body.
- Cold Brew: 1:8 by weight, coarse, 14–16 hrs in the fridge; dilute to taste.
