Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards plus PayPal, processed securely through BigCommerce. We never store full card numbers on our end.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet we’ll do our best. Email hello@coocooscoffee.com as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll jump on it.

Do you include gift notes or offer gift wrap?

No formal gift wrap right now, but our Gift Ideas page has thoughtfully curated bundles that arrive looking intentional. Gift note support is something we’re working on.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

Not a formal points program yet — but joining Small Batch of Friends and the Brew Letter is the best way to catch member deals, early product drops, and the occasional surprise.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

Flat-rate $7.95 anywhere in the U.S. Orders $60 or more (after discounts, before tax) ship free, unless otherwise noted on a specific product.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes — free porch delivery to select Jacksonville ZIP codes. Check if your address qualifies: Local Delivery Zones →

How long will my order take?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Occasionally a little longer — we roast in small batches and ship when the coffee is truly ready, not when a timer goes off. Transit is typically 3–7 business days after that depending on your location and carrier. See full shipping info →

Can I pick up my order?

Yes — local pickup is available. Select the pickup option at checkout. Check the Shipping & Local Delivery page for current pickup details and hours.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we’re roasting local and dreaming global. Join the Brew Letter and we’ll let you know when that changes.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If it doesn’t arrive or the tracking looks stuck, email hello@coocooscoffee.com and we’ll sort it out.

Coffee & Brewing

Is your coffee fresh?

Small-batch roasted right here in Jacksonville, FL. We ship when the coffee is ready — a short resting window after roasting is part of dialing in peak flavor, so your beans arrive in that sweet spot rather than hours off the roaster.

Do you sell whole bean and ground?

We default to whole bean to protect flavor for as long as possible. A grind option is available at checkout if you need it. For best results, grind right before brewing.

How should I brew your coffee?

Start with a 1:15–1:17 coffee-to-water ratio by weight and dial it in from there. Every brew method has its own sweet spot — see Bert’s Coffee Brew Guide → for specifics on drip, pour-over, French press, cold brew and more.

Do you have decaf?

Yes — Swiss Water® Process decaf options are part of the lineup. Check the Coffee collection for what’s currently available, as small batches rotate.

What are your most popular coffees?

Bali Bleu consistently gets the most love — smooth, flavorful, no bitterness. Bebop is a favourite morning jazzer. The House Blend and Espresso Blend are workhorses people reorder quietly and loyally. See the Coffee Wall of Fame for real reviews.

What do your roast levels mean?

Light roasts are brighter and more origin-forward. Medium roasts are balanced and versatile. Medium-dark and dark bring more body and roast character. Every product page notes the roast level and flavour notes. For a deeper dive, see our Dark Roast Philosophy →

Tea & Herbal Blends

Are your teas organic or fair trade?

Many do carry organic and fair-trade certifications through our partnership with The Tea Spot. Check each individual product page for the specific certifications on that blend.

Can I brew your teas iced?

Absolutely — most of our teas work beautifully iced. Quick ratios, steep times, and cold-brew methods are all in the Tea Brew Guide →

Are the herbal blends caffeine-free?

Herbal and tisane blends are generally caffeine-free, while green, black, and white teas contain varying levels. Each product page notes caffeine content — check there if it matters for your routine.

Candles & Wax Melts

Who makes your candles?

Christie hand-pours every single candle and wax melt in small batches. These are not warehouse candles — each one is made with care and cozy intention. See the full story on the Candles by Christie page.

Are the candles safe to burn?

Yes, when used correctly. Always follow the label instructions — first burn, trim the wick, never leave unattended. Full guidance is on our Candle & Wax Melt Safety Guidelines page.

What wax is used?

Christie uses quality wax selected for clean burn and strong scent throw. Specific wax details are listed on each product page — check there if you have sensitivities.

Will candles melt in summer shipping?

It’s a real risk in Florida summers. We pack candles carefully, but if you’re ordering in peak heat, bring your package inside promptly after delivery. Wax that’s softened in transit still burns perfectly — it just needs to firm back up at room temperature.

How do your tees and hoodies fit?

Relaxed unisex fits running S–3XL. If you prefer an oversized streetwear look, size up one. See the Clothing & Gear page for size charts and care tips specific to each garment.

Where are items printed and made?

Printed and fulfilled by trusted U.S. partners. Many garments are made-to-order which means slightly longer lead times — this is noted on individual product pages where it applies.

Can I return or exchange apparel?

Made-to-order apparel follows a slightly different policy since it’s produced specifically for you. See the full details on our Returns & Exchanges page, or reach out and we’ll help figure it out.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We want you happy. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right. Full details — what’s returnable, what’s not, and how exchanges work — are all on the Returns & Exchanges page.

What if my order arrived damaged?

That’s on us. Email hello@coocooscoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we’ll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed on your end.

Can I return coffee or tea?

Opened food products can’t be returned for safety reasons. If something is genuinely wrong with your coffee or tea — quality, freshness, wrong item — reach out and we’ll sort it out. We stand behind what we roast and blend.

The Roaming Porch

What is The Roaming Porch?

It’s Coo Coo’s Coffee on wheels — our mobile coffee trailer rolling around Jacksonville with espresso, brewed coffee, iced drinks, tea, and Bert. Not a food truck. More like your neighborhood coffee porch that comes to you. Full story here →

Where can I find the trailer?

Jacksonville, FL is home base. We hit local markets, pop-ups, and neighborhood stops. Instagram is the fastest way to catch live location drops — follow @coocooscoffee and check The Roaming Porch page for the latest.

Can I book the trailer for an event?

Yes — offices, fundraisers, community events, and private bookings are all something we can talk about. Reach out here with your event details and we’ll get back to you.

Does the trailer serve the same coffee as the website?

Same beans, same care, same slightly goofy energy — just through a window. The Roaming Porch is an extension of Coo Coo’s Coffee, not a separate brand.
