? Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. If it's safe and secure, we've likely got it covered.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do everything we can! Email us at hello@coocooscoffee.com ASAP.

Q: Do you offer gift notes or gift wrapping?
Currently, we don’t offer gift wrapping, but we’d be happy to include a handwritten note. Just leave us a message at checkout.


? Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $7.95 and free shipping on orders $60+. Local delivery is free in select Jacksonville ZIP codes.

Q: Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! If you're in the Jacksonville, FL area and within our delivery zones, we’ll hand-deliver your goodies with love. See eligible ZIP codes →

Q: How long does shipping take?
We typically ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most packages arrive within 3–7 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we’re dreaming globally and roasting locally. Stay tuned!

Q: Is your coffee fresh?
Always. We roast in small batches and ship directly from our roastery in Jacksonville, FL to ensure maximum freshness.

Q: How should I brew your coffee?

Q: Are your coffees available pre-ground?
Most of our coffees are whole bean to protect flavor, but we offer grind options at checkout for drip, French press, and more.

Q: Are your teas organic or fair trade?
Many of our teas are sourced with care through Tea Spot partnerships. Each product page will note specific certifications.

Q: Can I brew your teas iced?

Q: Who makes your candles?
All our candles and wax melts are hand-poured by Christie, part of the Coo Coo’s Coffee family — made with soy wax, love, and local pride.

Q: Are your candles safe?

? Apparel & Merch

Q: How do your shirts and hoodies fit?
We use premium blanks and list sizing info on each product page. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Q: Where are your shirts and hats made?
Our apparel is printed and fulfilled through trusted U.S. partners. Some are made to order, so shipping times may vary slightly.
