Cold Brew & Iced Coffee

This corner of Coo Coo’s Coffee is for people who think better with ice in the glass. These coffees are roasted to stay smooth, sweet, and sturdy over ice — for cold brew concentrate, flash brew, or classic everyday iced coffee.

Want a “set it and forget it” fridge setup? Start with concentrate, then cut with water, milk, or oat milk to taste.

Smooth Sips for Hot (and Busy) Days

Not every coffee loves ice. Here you’ll find beans and blends that keep their flavor when chilled and diluted — with enough body and sweetness to shine through ice, milk, and “extra splash” moments.

What Makes a Great Iced Coffee?

These coffees are tuned for cold drinks on purpose:

  • Chocolatey / caramelly bases that don’t go sour cold.
  • Body + sweetness that holds up as ice melts.
  • Profiles built for cold brew, flash brew, or classic iced coffee.

Perfect for big-batch fridge brews, iced lattes, and “it’s 90°F out” afternoons.

Cold Brew vs. Iced Coffee

  • Cold Brew: Brewed slow in cold water (12–16 hours); lower acidity, rounded sweetness, great as a concentrate.
  • Iced Coffee: Brewed hot, then chilled or brewed directly over ice for more brightness and aroma.

Either way, start with a solid base coffee — the rest is ratio, ice, and how strong you like it.

Pro tip: Brew your iced coffee a little stronger than your hot recipe, then pour over plenty of ice. For week-long convenience, keep cold brew concentrate in the fridge and cut it to taste with cold water, milk, or oat milk.
