A classic breakfast-style cup with clean citrusy lift, gentle honeyed malt, and a crisp, refreshing finish. Excellent straight, with lemon, or a splash of milk. Note: “Orange Pekoe” is a leaf grade (whole-leaf size), not an orange flavor.

- Water: 205–212°F (96–100°C)
- Ratio: 2.5 g per 8–10 oz (1 sachet per mug)
- Time: 3–4 minutes for crisp; 4–5 for fuller. Light re-steep: +1 minute.
- Iced: 2 sachets/12 oz hot water, 5 min; pour over ice. Or cold brew 6–8 hrs for extra smooth.
